Star Wars Battlefront 2, the one from 2005, has been available on Steam and GOG for a while, so both installments can now be played on those platforms. Since the original was edited by LucasArts, it seems that the decision to publish it now would have more to do with Disney than with EA. The classic, developed by Pandemic, was available on PS2, on Xbox One (thanks to the backward compatibility program) and on PC through physical copies (or other less legitimate means), so it is the first time that Star Wars fans can access to the game with ease and enjoy a good piece of nostalgia. Star Wars Battlefront, the 2004 game, is now available on Steam and GOG.
